We've completed numerous projects with FFP over the last several years. On all of these, they have consistently demonstrated professional behavior tailored to client satisfaction, fairness in all dealings related to scope changes and excellent responses to schedules and completion dates. The most recent was the Marriott Residence Inn where there were several code related issues that were subject to interpretation. With FFP's help, the issues were resolved efficiently and equitably. Their work was consistently detailed, accurate, in compliance or exceeding the requirement of the plans and specifications.

Further, if there ever was an issue that the field couldn't resolve, Kevin would personally address it and stay with it until it was satisfactorily and fairly resolved.
